The Zafu cushion is filled with 100% organic cotton and is the most traditional for cross legged meditation. The outer covering is made from a soft and durable 100% organic cotton twill fabric with natural, organic dyes and is eco-certified as a sustainable textile product. It has a concealed zipper for easy cover removal and cleaning or adjusting the volume and a convenient side handle for easy portability to your favorite indoor or outdoor meditation space. The Zafu measures 16" in diameter and is approximately 6" high. Our Zabuton is a well stuffed mat with layers of 100% organic cotton batting.
