Shipping
Orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery, unless otherwise noted. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of order receipt. You will be contacted via email if an item is out of stock. We do not ship to International destinations.Please view our Shipping Information page for complete details.

GIFT BAGS - We offer gift bags for most items. If a gift bag is available for your order, it will appear as an option in your shopping cart. Gifts are shipped in an attractive, eco-friendly, reusable gift bag with a drawstring closure. Your personalized message will be handwritten on a card that accompanies the package if a message is provided. This gift bag is suitable for all occasions. Pricing and invoices will not be disclosed to the recipient.  
GROUND- Delivery times vary. Please allow 2 to 6 days for delivery from the date of shipment. Military and APO addresses must ship via US Mail. You will receive an email with carrier and tracking information when your order is shipped. We do not ship to international destinations. We only ship to the USA.
INTERNATIONAL- Chopa ships to USA destinations only. We are sorry but we no longer ship internationally.
EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICES- We offer Express Shipping Service for most items within the USA. Express orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow a one-day order processing time and two-day delivery. We ship quicker whenever possible and in most cases the same day when placed by 11 AM CST.
CHECK & MONEY ORDERS- If you don't have a credit card, we accept mail orders and payments via check or money order.
