A classic Japanese design, this finely crafted Shoji paper screen depicts the famous Great Wave at Kanagawa. Painted during the Edo period by Katsushika Hokusai, the turbulent wave towers above the viewer with Mount Fuji in the distance.
The functional design provides soft, diffused light and creates a sense of privacy with style. Shoji paper screens are made with a durable finished wooden frame with reinforced Shoji rice paper fabric. Each panel measures 17" wide and 70 3/8" tall. The decorative panel screens measure 68" wide when fully extended. Two-way hinges allow the panels to bend in either direction. Asian room dividers offer great flexibility in home décor. Room dividers are popular in spa and meditation settings. Made in Taiwan.
