I want to take a few minutes to extend a personal "THANK YOU" for outstanding customer service and quality of product. As a frequent Internet shopper, there have been many times that I wished I hadn't purchased via the web. Sometimes the products that arrive are of poor quality and the customer service usually is as simple as an automatic-reply email. I was burned a few times here recently and was very reluctant to purchase from Chopa Imports, not because of any issues concerning ordering policy or internet site, just personally I was afraid of wasting money. Well, much to my excitement, Chopa Imports went far above and beyond the 'others' by making my transaction and following invoice and shipping information via email a smooth ride. I much appreciate all the attention that Chopa Imports gives their customers. Working in a marketing environment myself, I congratulate Chopa on a job well done. I will definitely be ordering from Chopa Imports again in the future.

 

The product was incredible and a conversation piece from the time that I took it out of the package upon receiving it. The wait was well worth it for the Zafu and Zabuton set. The handicraft of each is incredible and I will enjoy many hours of deep mediation upon them.
