1. To place a secure on line order, please click on the "Order" button
to place items in your shopping basket. When you are finished shopping, press
the "VIEW CART" link on the top right, and you will be asked for your shipping and billing
information. You will need a current bankcard to process your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal. We also accept
checks and money orders but order will be held until the payment clears. You will receive an electronic summary of

2. You may

3. For mail orders, you can include a check, money order or
use any current bank card. Please do not send cash. In

SHIPPING
and RECEIVING
Most orders will be sent via
Fed Ex Ground or US Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, unless otherwise
noted. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. You will be contacted via email or phone if an item is out of stock. Shipping charges for International /
Oversized furniture orders are quoted and billed on an individual basis. Some areas of the United States (rural) are subject to additional surcharges on shipping/freight charges. We will contact you with the total when we
receive your order. For shipping estimates on International orders, email us and identify
what product(s), you are interested in. For International orders: duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the actual shipping cost. We are unable to quote or estimate these charges, as fees vary by individual countries. We recommend that you contact your local government to determine what, if any charges, may be due. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for these charges and authorize us to collect any unpaid fees at a later date. Our shopping cart offers different Shipping options for
Oversize, International and Express Shipping, so please choose the appropriate shipping
method. If you have not received
your order after 10 business days, please contact us. Some shipments require a signature at time of delivery. Orders refused, canceled after shipment, or returned as undeliverable for any reason are subject to shipping charges both ways.

RETURN
POLICY- (NOTE: ZEN CLOCK Warranty Issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer at orders@now-zen.com):
We research and review hundreds of new products each year to be able to select and offer high quality merchandise. We take great pride in our work and offerings to our
customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase,
and understand that web shopping entails making purchases "sight
unseen." If you are unsatisfied
with your purchase, you may return your unused product by contacting us within 7 days
of receipt for a "no hassle" return authorization. Returns must be received in new condition with original packaging intact. Refunds will be processed, less original shipping and handling costs. Items returned without original packaging or in conditions other than new, may be refused and/or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Original shipping charges, and expenses incurred to return the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments that are refused by the customer at the time of the delivery will be responsible for the return shipment costs, any damage of the product incurred during transit and return to Chopa Imports, as well as a restocking fee up to 20%. Orders cancelled by customer prior to shipping are subject to a 6% handling/restocking fee.
- Orders returned without a "Return Authorization Number" will be refused.
Returns
after 14 days from Return Authorization date
are not accepted. All sales final after 30 days.
All sales Final on close-outs and clearance merchandise.

DAMAGED
GOODS
If your product arrives damaged, please retain packaging
and notify us immediately. If it is determined that the product was damaged in transit, a claim form will need to be filed with the carrier and customer may be required to take photographs of the damaged item.
NOTICE FOR WOOD TABLES, FURNITURE, SHOJI SCREENS AND DOORS. An important note about our tables, bed frames and handcrafted Shoji woodwork- Many items are handmade and imported. The finish may show slight imperfections either from hand crafted manufacturing or natural wood grain finish conditions.
*About LTL Truck Freight, Ground Shipping, and Handling. Your shipment, though carefully packed and handled, may ocassionally show some signs of transport. Very small (<1"d) scratches,
small wood nail holes, and very minor dents are part of the hand crafted manufacturing standards. Most of
these minor nuances can be easily remedied- tatami dents can be reshaped as they are Natural grass/ fiber product; wood oil or touchup paint or stain
can correct small imperfections in woodwork or finish.
WAIVER OF FREIGHT DAMAGE LIABILITY *APPLICABLE
FOR FREIGHT DELIVERY TRUCK SHIPMENTS ONLY-
General Protocol- On large item shipments such as Furniture, Tatami, and Shoji Door Kits, Standard Freight delivery is curb-side. Your shipment will need to be broken down and removed from the truck. Drivers will not help with transport into your home, unpack, install or assemble your furniture. Liftgate service is available for an extra charge, but must be requested by the customer at the time of order. Normal fees for Lift-gate Service is $95.00
1. Please review your invoice emailed to you to make sure that we have the correct name, telephone number, and
physical address. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For residential shipments, you can call the freight company with your tracking number to arrange an appointment window for delivery.
2. An adult must be present at the delivery location to sign for and receive the shipment.
3. Carefully inspect the outside of the boxes and note any marks, indents, crushing, tearing, or punctures on both copies of shipping receipt. This notation provides an early indication and proof that damage may be present. Please
review shipping receipt and count your boxes to confirm that you are receiving all pieces. Please note if the plastic shrink-wrap is broken. To
guarantee that your shipment has no concealed damage, you may open boxes while the driver is there, if time permits. Notate in writing, any damage discovered
directly on your shipping receipt. By signing the Bill Of Lading or Delivery Receipt, you are stating that the shipment was received in good condition. Freight companies will rarely honor a claim if damage is not noted on the delivery receipt.
4. If damage is discovered after opening boxes, please notify us immediately, and we will assist you with filing a claim.
Please take photo(s) of damage and retain product and packaging for inspection. Claims for concealed damage must occur within 15 days of
shipment origin date.
WARRANTY
Default warranty
on all products-
Chöpa Imports, warrants that all products are free of
manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase.
The exception is Zen Clocks (r), which are backed by a one- year manufacturers warranty with free tech support. If you have any questions about the operation of your Zen Clock (r), or if a problem arises, please contact the manufacturer directly at 1-800-779-6383 or via email at sales@now-zen.com. Please refer to your warranty card for further
info.
LEGAL NOTICE INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Chöpa Imports harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.
