How Tetsubin Teapots and Japanese Ironworks are made

-Made in Japan, imported to the US-

-IWACHU™ Castingworks from Chöpa Imports-

1.The mold is prepared and the inner mold is put in position.

2. Molten Iron is poured into the mold.

3.The inner and outer molds are broken to release teapot.

4. Any Raw edges are smoothed using a sander.

5.The surface is enamel coated.

6.The outer surface is painted.

7.Any surplus color is eliminated and finished using dry cloth.

8.The in-depth quality control procedure follows, after which the teapots are carefully packaged with stainless steel mesh infuser and gift boxed.
