Quiet Moment Bamboo PendantThe "Quiet Moment" Pendant in beautiful bamboo. The image depicting a quiet moment, with a book in hand, comes from an 18th Century Japanese woodcut and bordered on the top and bottom with patterns from chiyogami paper. The completed image is transferred onto a central bamboo tile. Tube beads, hand-rolled from paper with metallic flecks, are added to the top and bottom. The pendant is wired with complementary colored wire and a small bead dangle is added for movement. Hand signed by the artist on the natural bamboo back. The piece is triple-coated with UV resistant sealer for moisture resistance and durability. Strung on a black cotton cord, the pendant comes with an adjustable-length sliding bead clasp.
