Made of natural slate stone and hand etched with a river rock design and bordered with a copper mine patina to create a striking contrast. Each coaster has cork feet to protect table surfaces or remove the protective feet and these coasters can also be used as decorative tiles in your kitchen, bath or around a fireplace. The slate is individually hand split in order to reveal the natural clefting and warm earth tones. The stone is quarried from the earth and no artificial resins are used allowing the natural color and texture variations to create a one of a kind piece of functional art. Set of four.
