Our mats are carefully crafted by weaving a Japanese Rush Grass double
layer top, and baking the natural rice straw at high temperatures.
They are then sewn together with a black fabric border, bound and by
organic twine. Our Tatami have a moisture resistant barrier at the
foundation. One for the senses, this tatami mat is made with natural products and is finished in a subtle blend of rich earthy colors of gold, yellow and brown. The Traditional Yellow Goza Tatami Mat measures 90 cm x 180 cm (35 1/2" x 70.8" x 2 1/4").
