The Zafu is filled with Kapok, a natural tree fiber found in Indonesia, and is covered in soft, yet durable 100% cotton denim twill fabric. The dimensions are 16" in diameter and 6" high. Generously filled with approximately 3 pounds of Kapok. The zafu has a convenient side handle for easy portability to your favorite meditation space.
