Our Tatami mats are crafted from the finest double layer of Japanese Rush Grass. Our straw fill is carefully selected and harvested for environmental sustainability. The natural igusa grass is sun dried, then baked for long lasting durabililty.

Mats are hand crafted with a black fabric border for style and bound with an organic twine. Each mat features a moisture resistant barrier on the bottom side.

Set Includes: 4 traditional size Tatami Mats measuring approximately 6 feet x 3 feet, and one half sized mat measuring 3 feet x 3 feet.

Package includes traditional black fabric border. We also offer the set in a brocaded fabric border (slightly higher cost).
