ON LINE ORDERS - Place orders on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering on line is safe, convenient, and easy. Browse our store and add products you have selected to your virtual shopping cart. When you are done shopping, simply "check out" and complete all billing and shipping information.

PHONE ORDERS - You may place your order over the telephone at 303-856-7730. Customer service representatives are normally available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM (MST). If you are unable to reach us, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call.

FAX ORDERS - You may Fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to 303-537-5490. Please include phone number and e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order. Please include the appropriate shipping costs, as well as sales tax (Colorado residents). Include your credit card number with expiration date and security code. Sorry, we are unable to accept Purchase Orders.

MAIL ORDERS - Submit your order by mail, indicating product number, style and quantity. You may include a credit card number with expiration date and security code, or send a check or money order payable to Chopa Zen Home & Gift. Please remit the total charges including shipping, gift wrapping fees, and sales tax (Colorado residents), if applicable. Be sure to enclose your telephone or email address so that we may contact you if additional information is required. Sorry, but we are unable to accept cash and request you do not send credit card information via email. We are unable to accept Purchase Orders.

Shipping and Receiving

Most orders will be sent via Fed Ex Ground or US Postal Service. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, unless otherwise noted. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. You will be notified by email if an item is out of stock. Shipping charges for International and over sized freight orders are quoted and billed on an individual basis. Environmental Policy

We strive to be environmentally responsible in everything we do. We use recycled and environmentally friendly packaging materials whenever possible. This includes reclaimed and recycled cartons, misprints, eco-friendly peanuts, recycled newsprint and other earth-friendly materials.

Return Policy

We research and review hundreds of new products each year to be able to select and offer high quality merchandise. We take great pride in our work and offerings to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and understand that web shopping entails making purchases "sight unseen."

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product by contacting us within 10 days of receipt for a "no hassle" return authorization. Contact us for Return Authorization.

• Returns must be received in new condition with original packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed, less original shipping and handling costs.

• Items returned without original packaging or in conditions other than new, may be refused and/or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

• Original shipping charges, and expenses incurred to return the product are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers that refuse a shipment at time of delivery, will be responsible for the return shipping costs, any damage during transit, as well as a restocking fee up to 25%.

• Orders cancelled by customer prior to shipping are subject to a 6% handling/restocking fee.

• Orders returned without a "Return Authorization Number" will be refused. Returns after 14 days from Return Authorization date are not accepted. All sales final after 30 days. All sales Final on close-outs and clearance merchandise. Contact us for Return Authorization.

• Books, CD's, Tatami Mats, Goza Mats, Incense, Special Orders, Clearance, and Web Specials Merchandise may not be returned and are non-refundable.

Information for Furniture, including Tables, Bed Frames, Shoji Screens and Doors

An important note about our furniture, bed frames, tables, and other hand-crafted Shoji screens. Most items are handmade and imported. All furniture has some differences in wood grains, stains and finishes, stitching & fabric colors. Every piece of furniture is unique, no two pieces are exactly alike and no piece of furniture is perfect. Exchanges are expensive, shipping costs can be high and significantly increase the price of furniture. Items may not be exchanged or accepted for return for these or other aesthetic reasons. Adherence to this policy allows us to continue offering great quality and value pricing. We encourage you to carefully measure, compare, and make an informed decision prior to placing your order.

Warranty Information

Chöpa Zen Home & Gift warrants that all products are free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Some products have extended manufacturer warranties and require contacting those parties after the 30-day period.
