This Japanese robe has a dramatic dragon and tiger pattern set against a black background. In Japan, the dragon is revered as a symbol of power, strength, and wealth. They are believed to have auspicious powers linked to control over water, rainfall, and floods. The tiger represents powerful energy, a force, as well as wealth and prosperity.
Made in Japan of 100% soft, brushed cotton. The Happi Coat has a front pocket and includes a matching belt. Machine wash cold for best results.
This Happi Coat is available in size: Medium/Large.
Medium/Large, measures 42" in length and is designed to fit a man 5' 2" to 5' 11" in height. The sleeve length is 13", the shoulder width is 26", and the girth is 50".
For sizing reference, girth is the entire width of the fabric, so this robe easily adjusts to many waist sizes and is designed to wrap around and be fastened with the belt. We recommend allowing 10-12" for overlap. For length, measure yourself with a tape measure from the top of your shoulder and down your side to determine where the length would fall on you.
Our Premium Collection is made in Japan and features high-quality cotton fabrics and patterns. The artistic designs are inspired by traditional Japanese culture.
